Now we all understand what was at stake for Trump (possible prison and his lawsuit bill) and for Musk (all the agencies that were investigating his companies and his lawsuits, over a billion dollars.) What it cost to put Trump in the White House was pennies on the dollar. Our health, medical studies, social security, and SNAP are disposable? They are not disposable, nor should they even be listed to be deleted. Oh, but wait, we are getting rid of the penny, so a nickel on the dollar? No firm foundation or an identifiable plan for the government after Trump or how his MAGA might be unleashed on their fellow citizens? The Republican House appears to be firmly glued to Trump's commands. The Republican Senate is still wily and unfathomable what is in their doctor bag of ill-will. We didn't pass any laws for a rogue President? How terribly naïve, especially since we had Tricky Dickie for President. Maybe instead of passing this bill, which goes against fiscal sense and decency, maybe Congress should enact laws to put Trump under the actual rules he is supposed to follow.
Why are y'all asking why. Lol because he's a billionaire, he and they have always done what they pleased to do...He knows they won't touch him, that orange dude knows that. How is it that we are acting like this is a surprise to anyone...
Ah, you lost me. For Oversight, Garcia has also been out there a lot and is a great candidate. The two other than Crockett are also excellent. Crockett is a fabulous candidate. She is absolutely qualified, politically savvy, and a great communicator. Connelly was a great leader for Oversight. He never said or meant that he should have the position ONLY because it was his turn. Just because you never heard of him before doesn't mean he wasn't good for the job. The Dems don't suck, are not incompetent, are not far right, and are not uniformly corporatists. Crockett gets as much coroporate money as anyone. Jeffries is brilliant. Overturning Citizens United and reforming campaign finance are the key points.

Texas pushing the 10 commandments on classrooms in Texas is offensive to christians imo. It isn't christianity, it's christian nationalism.
